Term and Conditions
Dost AI Solutions, S.L. (hereinafter Dost), is an online service to automate different aspects of a business. These conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and of Dost as service provider.
Dost will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the terms of use, and Dost reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use without any prior notice, as they are always available at the dost.io
Dost, with NIF B42900464 and address at Via Augusta 18, 4º, 08006, Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile registry of Barcelona, provides the Dost Web Site and its related services in accordance with the terms established below.
This agreement will be valid from the date on which you mark the box of acceptance of this agreement that appears at the foot of this document. New features that could be added to the Services will be subject to the Terms of Use. In the event that the user continues to use the Service after any modification, he will assume his compliance with said modifications. Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in the cancellation of your account.
To access the service, it is essential to be over the age of sixteen (16). You must provide a complete legal number, an email address, and all the information required by Dost in the account creation process. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information, and Dost reserves the right to delete any account, if its veracity is suspected or if it could violate any of Dost's rules of use.
The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of his account. Dost will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be the result of a user error in protecting their access information.
The parties agree to legally equate the customer's autograph signature with that made by means of any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Not with standing the foregoing, the Service provider may require written confirmation from the client when deemed necessary.
A Dost payment plan is contracted by the user signing the corresponding contract. Under no circumstances will credits or refunds be issued. If a user exceeds the limits of their contracted rate, they must upgrade their plan or contract a higher rate.
As it is a subscription, the service will be charged in advance and on an annual basis via SEPA direct debit. Under no circumstances will the amount be refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for periods during which the service is not used, even if the account remains active. No exceptions will be made.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer expressly agrees that confirmation of receipt or acceptance of the contract is not required when it has been formalised exclusively by electronic means.
If payment is not made or the receipt is returned, the user will be notified of the breach and access to the platform will be suspended until the situation is rectified. Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days of the breach occurring.
The published rates do not include taxes or government fees, for which the user is solely responsible.
Users are responsible for managing access to their accounts and determining who is entitled to use them, and for assigning the appropriate roles.
Dost reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice if it deems it appropriate. Dost reserves the right to change the monthly fees with 15 days' notice. Notification of fee changes will be published on the Dost website and in writing.
It is the user's responsibility to cancel their account correctly. This can be done at any time via the profile menu and must be notified to the Dost team at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance.
Once cancelled, all associated content and data will be deleted thirty days after the cancellation takes effect.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time; however, they will be responsible for all charges accrued up to the contract's validity date, including the current period. From that date onwards, no new charges will be incurred.
Dost reserves the right to cancel an account or restrict access to the software for users who breach these terms of use or any applicable legal provisions.
Dost owns all the intellectual property rights of all and any of the components of the service that can be protected, including but not limited to the number of the service, graphic material, all the software associated with the service and the elements of the user interface contained in the service, many of the individual characteristics and related documentation. The user undertakes not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, apply reverse engineering, decompile, or disguise any facet of the service that Dost posed. The user also accepts and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to control or copy any content of the service. Dost will not claim rights over the intellectual property of the content that the user uploads or provides to the service. However, by using the service to send content, the user accepts that third parties can see and share this content sent by the user.
The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of Dost subject to the law in force, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good manners and public order, and specifically acquires the commitment to diligently observe the present General Conditions of Use.
The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of Dost. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited email (spam).
The user understands that the Service can be used for the transmission of its Content, and that during this process, its Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, can be transferred unencrypted over the internet. The user cannot use the service to transmit any virus, worm, or any type of malicious or harmful content.
Dost makes no guarantees regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the service, that the service is available at all times, uninterruptedly, and without errors, the accuracy of the mathematical calculations carried out by the service, and the correctness of Service errors.
Neither Dost nor its partners, nor its sponsors are responsible for any direct, indirect, secondary, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other type of damage that arises or is related in any way to the use that the user makes of the service. The user can only resolve his dissatisfaction with the Service by ceasing to use it and cancelling his account.

The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between the user and Dost with respect to the Service and prevail over any previous agreement reached between the user and Dost. The Conditions, and your relationship with Dost according to these Conditions, will be governed by the laws of Spain. The user and Dost agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona to resolve any legal issue in relation to the Conditions.
Dost AI Solutions S.L complies with current regulations on confidentiality and security of confidential data.
The data the users enter in Dost are hosted on Microsoft serves in the European Union, thus guaranteeing both data hosting regulations and the highest levels of security and accessibility on the market. Dost AI Solutions S.L and its employees have access to account data with the aim of improving the service as well as offering a good support service. All Dost employees and partners have a signed a confidentiality.
